Hurricane Isabel is comin' to play... she should be here by tomorrow evening. I must get dolled up for her. How about a white t-shirt?

I remember the last time Southern Ontario caught the tail of a hurricane.. it was hurricane Opal, and I was still in high school. My aunt had comne to pick us up, and she was bubbling with excitement..

.. kept sayin', "Can you feel it kids? Can you feeeeeel it?"

This is the same aunt that has given drive thru orders standing infront of the speaker box, told the doughnut lady to "say yes", and recognized my hitch rings for bondage.

Too much Wizard of Oz for her when she was a child, I'm thinking.

Hey, the moon was still out yesterday afternoon... most peculiar. I'm sure it has happened before, only this time I noticed it.
