When I was leaving a note for faye this morning, I was becoming a bit long winded... not so much with my words, but with my thoughts... rather than soaking up time in her notebook, I think it's best to put my thoughts here.
I've had three people comment on the BDSM Info links page that I have set up here - and all three have said positive things about it. That makes me feel good.
When I entered the Lifestyle, I was searching high and low - under every nook and cranny - behind every shadow... for information I could find. It's a bit odd how I found it, as my intenions were to find a Swingers Club in the Windsor/Detroit area. Instead I found EhBC, which lead me to the Windsor Munch, and KinkZone itself.
After doing a word search within diaryland itself, I found oblivia and her Master's diaries - which both led me to bondage.com... where someone pointed me in the direction of CastleRealm. And that is where I read the various interpretations of submissive - and all I could think was, "Oh my God, that's me".
Over three years, I've met some great people; big fat liars; wonderful educators of the Lifestyle; and have adopted the attitude of to each their own kink.
Truly without the diversity of fetishes, kinks, leather, sadism, masochism etc etc, the Lifestyle I've come to know and love would not exist - which is why I take time to find links and information.
Back when I first filled out a bdsm Checklist and sat down to write my list of limits out - there was a lot more "no's" than there were "yes's"... that is because over the years, I've kept an open mind, and tried a little bit of everything. Things that 3 years ago I would not have dreamed about doing: barking like a dog, sleeping in a cage, kissing/licking boots, asking permission to speak with a fellow submissive/Dominant.... the list goes on.
And that's our class for today.
